Pretty sure this shot right here is going to make it into my TOP TEN for 2010! I am so in love with it...though I am not sure this little ladies momma would feel the same. Sister was not really feeling family photos and I was able to get some great candid shots because of it. This is why I love kids so much. They are so unpredictible! They don't care about our expectations or "perfect" shots. They just do their thing. But to me...that is when the magic happens. Because really life isn't perfect, kids are perfect, and that imperfection is that makes them amazing. For me, this is totally the shot that would end up in the collage on the wall. This is a moment, a small slice of time, captured. And for me this is so much better than any perfectly posed headshot. And as a completely amazing added bonus...this will be an awesome shot to put in her wedding video as blackmail someday...gotta love it! Its hard to choose a favorite with these shots. Love the one of her upside down though! Love all of them and especially adore the 'not so perfect' looks that add character to the pics!
