Many of you know I am a HUGE fan of Recycled Consign & Design. I just love to go in there and see what great stuff she has found and I always seem to walk out with something I just can't live without. And by now, seriously, if you have not been in her store, you must get up, put down your computer, and drive down there right now!!! It is so fun! There is so much stuff for your hair, beauty stuff, baby goodies, and now they are carrying clothing! So hurry...go! So anyways, for those of you who don't know her...this is Amanda, the owner and designer of Recycled. She is amazing! I am so glad to have her as a friend. She has been helping me SO much with the new studio I can't wait for everyone to see all her brilliant ideas. In my mind I envisioned Industrial Glam...and she has brought it to life! Boring business headshots, with lame backgrounds? NO THANKS!!! I loved how these turned out. Funky, bright & fresh! Nothing still or boring at all. They show off this lady's cuteness for sure! Amee is a super busy working woman with Liv Sxinney and I was so excited to do her new business headshots. She looked amazing, as always! Don't you just love her smile and her gorgeous hair! This was such a fun session. The Leavitt Group decided they wanted to update their commercial photography images for their upcoming marketing products and decided to use their employees as the "models." At first, honestly, I was a little nervous. But it turned out SO well. Everyone seriously rocked it! Recycled Consign & Design | Iron County Festival of Homes

Seriously. Who would not want to come home to this oasis every night? Every time I am in this room, I know it sounds weird but I have been in this bedroom a lot, I feel like I am in a luxury suite at some fancy hotel where the only agenda is to relax. Every inch of this oasis is pure glam and it just makes you want to getaway from the world. I love love love it! My super talented friend, Amanda from Recycled Consign and Design (click her button on the left to get to her website) was the mastermind behind this room and this entire home. It is just gorgeous. And I of course, have to share my two cents so here are the TOP 10 things I love about this home...

10. Antique mis-matched kitchen knobs add a totally custom feel. Such a great idea!

9. Dark purple ceiling sets the tone for the guest room. Totally sets the mood for this room.

8. Copper appliances including super smart oven that will cook your dinner for you! No chef skills needed.

7. Zig Zag wall in the home office and the great suspended desk made of an old door

6. Sparkly lighting fixtures, lots and lots of sparkly lighting fixtures.

5. Fairytale Inspired prints in the little girls room (gotta give myself a little love, right?)

4. Vintage Door Knobs to every door. Amazing!

3. Little girls room...every detail. The most classic, timeless, princess room I have ever seen.

2. Metallic Wallpaper in the master suite and little girls room...it is TO DIE FOR!!!

Trendy Tikes Ties

For those boy mom's out there you all know how HARD it is to find little boy clothes that are stylish. Most things are BORING or seriously UGLY! Why clothes designers feel like they need to ruin a striped sweater by slapping a gopher in a golf hat I will never understand. Refrain, refrain! No one wants those goofy animal characters!!! So anytime something new, cool, and AFFORDABLE comes along I get so excited!

I was so excited to be able to do the shoot for these designer little boys ties made by TRENDY TIKES. Aren't they awesome? And they aren't going to cost you an arm and a leg. She uses all the latest fabrics and they are great quality...which when you have a little boy being sturdy is a MUST! And one of the greatest things about them is that they are totally customizable. So you can do these for family photos, church, weddings, and even just to add a fun twist to a little guys everyday attire! We had such a fun time at this shoot showing how you could totally add one of the TRENDY TIKES designer ties to your favorite back-to-school fashion.
